Utility Room Refurbishment, Eltham.

Customer had an enquiry to modernise utility room by having a deep size basin incl vanity unit.  After some good research she couldn’t find anything matching her room size measurements at all. She has contacted few building organisations which couldn’t help, charged for a visit also. Most of builders offered standard bathroom sets furniture installation only. But here we are, she was recommended by one of her friends to contact us, and we have managed to offer some bespoke work with reasonable price based basic kitchen units from B&Q.

Here are the highlights of this project in more detail:

⚡️ Property visit, estimates and options provided, and no fees taken.

⚡️ Met in B&Q for some options and design matching customer budget and criteria. As we are approved installers with Wren and B&Q, we managed to make a design-based kitchen units’ installation. With plenty of time, customer made right choice before placed the order. No fees applied to the customer for our time and knowledge spent in the store. 

⚡️ Kitchen sink, tap, toilet, bidet shower spray, cabinets, end panels and composite worktop has been ordered using our trading discount saving customer few hundred pounds easily. 

⚡️ Whole job completed within 2 days after all items been delivered.
