Our biggest retailer B&Q requested remedial work to be done urgently as customer was disappointed with previous builders. Many homeowners struggling with “cowboy builders” this time but if u working with official established retailers/companies which is care about own reputation feel comfortable that it will be sorted anyway to avoid any legal actions against them. That why B&Q send us as we are official installers for them were time to time we are responding for particular leads.
So here we are, when we estimated customer kitchen renovation, we were in shock how and what builders thinking before they take any tools on hands. Units hasn’t been fitted properly, fitted on basic plugs into the plasterboard and no supports, kitchen doors not levelled, worktop been cut badly with huge gap on the joints, plumbing and electrical work can be better and at list connected :))
Our highlights of this project:
⚡️ Fast response and attendance even on busy time;
⚡️ Accurate demolition by saving most of the kitchen units and appliances;
⚡️New plumbing and electrical work incl replacing consumer unit;
⚡️Floor levelling and support before installation new laminate;
⚡️New solid oak worktop with excellent joint;
⚡️ New splashback;
⚡ Bespoke and flexible boxing panel for the boiler;
⚡Electrical and Gas Safe Certificates been issued to the customer;
⚡️Kitchen units and worktops installed;
⚡️Some other repairing work like changing door, laminate installation, ceiling repair and painting services also been delivered;
Dear clients, we are humans, and we are all different like a fingerprints, means everybody do some mistakes and bad job. What I am trying to say that you need to check before u choose the builder(s) or company by checking recent projects, feedbacks, even by checking company in HMRC for the full accounting report in detail and talk to the owner if possible. People who care about this, will look after your property for sure.
