Before installation, we carefully assessed and levelled the subfloor to ensure structural integrity and smooth results. Our team used professional techniques to guarantee a stable and even floor ensures long-term durability and eliminates future issues like creaking or warping.
🌡 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
We then installed thermal and acoustic insulation under the flooring, helping to regulate room temperature, reduce energy costs, and minimise sound transfer between rooms and floors.
🔌 Step 3: 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴To support the new layout, we adjusted both plumbing and electrics — updating old components and safely integrating new points where necessary. This step ensures long-term reliability and compliance with UK safety standards

The star of the project was the engineered flooring — professionally installed with tight joints, seamless finishes, and a natural wood look that instantly elevated the space.
