Flat Roof Replacement Project – Custom House, E16

UKRSTARS LTD recently completed a professional flat roof replacement project in Custom House, E16, completed in May 2026. This project involved the full removal of the existing aged roofing surface and replacement with a new durable flat roofing system designed to improve long-term waterproof protection and overall roof performance.

Scope of Works Included:

⚡️Removal and disposal of the existing flat roof covering

⚡️Preparation of the roof structure and surface

⚡️Installation of new insulation between timber joists

⚡️Installation of new OSB roof decking

⚡️Application of high-performance waterproof flat roofing system

⚡️Formation and sealing of all edges, upstands, and details

⚡️General roof improvement works for enhanced weather resistance and durability

The completed roof now provides a clean modern finish with improved protection against water penetration and external weather conditions. All work was carried out professionally by UKRSTARS LTD using quality materials and attention to detail throughout the installation process.
