Every day we are hearing stories how landlords are struggling to let property because of tenants. In our situation our existing client has been robbed by the previous tenants, apparently property remained damaged also. He did call us and asked for help to sort with the existing furniture and flooring asap. Even if we are busy, we try to look after each our client and come back to them with a good answer
Basically, customer agreed to do the work on Saturday 11th at 1pm. At 6pm same day laminate has been purchased by us and was already in the flat. Demolition has started the same evening and completed within few hours.
On Saturday and Sunday same week we finished all flooring installation, furniture assembly and cleaning also. Finally, customer received excellent result within full 2 days and as we know just yesterday (15/09/2021) new tenants signed paperwork with him.
Highlights of the services:
✅ Shopping plus delivery to the 4th floor – one tone of laminate and underlay (75sq/m);
✅ Demolition of the existing engineered flooring, biddings and underlay the same day as a delivery;
✅ Installation of a new underlay, laminate, thresholds, and floor biddings within one full day including rubbish disposal and basic cleaning.
